I’m confused as to what you mean – why is the spoon moving?

It is never still – everything is always moving. The spoon is in a cup that sits on a table that is on the floor, but the floor is part of the Earth which is revolving once every 24 hours, and moving around the Sun every year – and the Sun orbits our galaxy every ~250 million years…and so on! So it is never really still, ever!
