      I think most headaches are caused by dehydration

      There’s a whole range of causes. You can get them when you are tense, hungry, thirsty, when your eyes aren’t working properly, when you’ve been sitting badly, if you get a knock on the head…..I could go but I will probably bore you!

      Good question, I’m not sure I have a complete answer. Some are caused by changes in the air pressure. If the pressure is lots higher or lower than normal, it can make your head hurt.
