Your brain sense that it’s just inhaled foreign particles – when they reach the nerves in the nose they trigger a signal to the brain which causes a sneeze

This is when your muscles contract and expel air – Conservative estimates place the speed of release at around 100mph! which is quite fast

      Does that answer the qu?

If something gets up your nose that you have a bad reaction to then you body expels it by sneezing

Sneezing is triggered by particles irritating the inside of the nose. Sneezing causes these particles to be expelled. But also bright light can trigger it. If you feel a sneeze coming on look towards a light and it will make it happen quicker!
