      Most important!?!

      That’s a tough one as we are covered in them both on our skin and in our gut – in fact 90% of the cells in your by number are bacteria.

      The most important are probably the gut bacteria – like lactobaccillus as these aid digestion and prevent the gut being colonised by pathogenic species.
