      Other than my work?

      I don’t really do much science outside of my work. Except I do go into schools and do sessions on microbes and how bacteria work. In particular I often talk about how bacteria communicate and count

    I do lots of schools work, and I’ve been involved in some sports science experiments in the past (measuring the force that boxers etc. can exert with their punches), and a few times I’ve been out in the field with geologists, pretending I still remember stuff about rocks…
